Impact
What the team's work is worth to the portfolio, evidenced project by project.
Expected value impact is blocked on an agreed methodology and a field to hold it, not on the dashboard. Numbers on this page are not signed off yet. Cost recovery on the Team and billing page is the surface that has been tested.
What has to be agreed first
Each of these is a decision rather than a build. The page is ready to take the numbers once they are defined.
Methodology owner
Laura and Mark own the expected value impact methodology. The multiple and the number of years both need to be agreed before a single number can be calculated.
Captured at scoping
The impact hypothesis is part of why a project gets approved, so it belongs on the project record in HubSpot at scoping, not reconstructed afterwards.
Revisited at close
Projects need a place to record what actually happened, including outcomes that are not expected value: a team scaled, a hire made, a process fixed.
Evidence and case studies
Where a case study exists, link it from the project so the claim and the evidence sit together. The promotional artifact stays separate and draws on the same data.
